We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive, and motivated person to join our events team at Bourne Hall. You will need to deliver a first-class service to our customers and ensure the positive reputation of our venue.
As part of a customer focused local authority venue you will ensure a positive experience for all hirers, users, tenants, and members of the public.  You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills ensuring that our venue is able to build and maintain customer loyalty, support our commercial viability and social responsibility as well as ensuring our positive reputation.
As well as being customer facing the role also involves managing our online platforms to include developing and executing social media strategies, creating, and sharing engaging content, optimizing company pages, moderating user-generated content, analysing social data, and collaborating with other departments to manage reputation and coordinate actions.

Flexibility and excellent people skills are essential to this role as is the ability to work in a team and be able to cope under pressure during busy periods.  
The role is Monday – Friday, with the occasional changes to this pattern for event days.
