We are looking for an enthusiastic, bubbly, positive individual to join our Events team at the Bourne Hall, Epsom. You will lead on ensuring the smooth setting up and down of events from start to finish whilst carrying out efficient day-to-day duties.
The focus of this role is to support the event coordinators by checking event areas prior to events and ensuring that operational requirements are met in a timely manner and understand customer’s needs.
The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and prioritise when confronted with a heavy workload.  You will need to have excellent verbal communication and people skills. Have a drive, passion, and a flair for being creative.

Previous experience with booking systems, the delivery of meetings and events and a knowledge of AV are desirable. However full training will be provided.

Flexibility is essential and you must be able to commit to working varied shifts including evenings and weekends to meet the operational needs of the business. Due to the nature of this role, we need someone who is fit, healthy and able to undertake strenuous lifting safely using lifting aids where required.
